As the Chief Methodologist at Nexus Link, Dr. Jack Loo brings an extensive array of research experience, having contributed to a multitude of projects for local and multinational corporations, as well as government entities across Asia. His involvement has spanned over hundreds of diverse projects in areas like advertising, marketing, product launches, customer and employee satisfaction, and public opinion. Dr. Loo is also known for his adept skill in moderating numerous qualitative focus group discussions.

Throughout his career, Dr. Loo has assumed various leadership roles, including Senior Project Director at Towers Perrin-International Survey Research, Vice-President for Market Probe, President of NetValue Asia, and Research Director at The Gallup Organisation (Singapore). His proficiency in research is evident in his ability to design and direct studies, offer evidence-based consulting, and develop measurement systems aimed at enhancing business outcomes and fostering client relationships.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing, an Honours degree in Management, a Masters of Commerce and Management, and a Doctorate in Organizational Behavior, Dr. Loo's academic credentials are impressive. His dedication to both professional and community services has been acknowledged with the prestigious Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) by the President of Singapore, (the late) Mr. S. R. Nathan, highlighting his multifaceted contributions to the field and society.

Edward, with over 20 years of experience as a statistician in both government and private sectors, brings a wealth of expertise to his role as the Research Director at Nexus Link. His proficiency encompasses a range of statistical techniques, from traditional methods like hypothesis testing and multiple regression to advanced approaches such as neural networks and fuzzy logic rule-based systems. Previously, Edward held notable positions including Associate Director at Towers Perrin-International Survey Research and Senior Assistant Director with the Singapore Department of Statistics (DOS), contributing to significant projects like the Census of Population 2000 and the General Household Survey 2005.

In his capacity at DOS, Edward was involved in several major government projects, applying his deep knowledge of data collection and analysis methodologies to produce results matching the quality and accuracy of official DOS statistics. His academic credentials are robust, with a Bachelor’s and an Honours Degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore, and a Master’s Degree in Knowledge Management. At Nexus Link, he has developed an advanced SPSS-based system for data analysis, significantly enhancing the company's market research capabilities.

As the current President of the Market Research Society Singapore (MRSS), Edward leads efforts to promote market research for effective management decisions and uphold high standards in the industry. His role at MRSS, combined with his position at Nexus Link, positions him as a pivotal figure in advancing the field of market research in Singapore.

Lewis Teo, at Nexus Link, holds a key position managing operations and fieldwork, enriched by a diverse and extensive background. His previous experiences include being a Senior Project Manager at Towers Perrin-International Survey Research and a Project Manager at Market Probe in Singapore. In these roles, Lewis successfully oversaw numerous projects, engaging over hundreds of thousands of respondents through various data collection methods. His expertise isn't just confined to Asia; he has also effectively managed projects in unique markets like South Africa, Tanzania, and Zambia.

His deep understanding of fieldwork encompasses everything from initial operational planning to the final stages of fieldwork. Lewis's skill in managing complex field operations is evident in his detailed approach and successful execution. Moreover, he has played a crucial role in training and supervising numerous field interviewers and staff, highlighting his commitment to team development and operational success.
